Supported Carriers

These instructions will help you unlock a BlackBerry Z10 from a supported carrier including AT&T, T-Mobile, Rogers, Telus, Bell, Movistar, Vodafone and many more. Please note that while both the Verizon and Sprint Z10s are supported, the mobile data speeds available to those particular phones might be limited when they are used on GSM networks.



To get started, from the home screen, swipe down from the top to show the options menu

Warning! You have a total of 10 tries to enter your unlock code.  If you use up all 10 tries your phone will be permanently locked! If you have less than 5 tries left, please contact support before continuing.


About the BlackBerry Z10

The BlackBery Z10 was originally released on January 31, 2013 in the UK. It was BlackBerry's first full touch-screen device (no physical keyboard) and the first BlackBerry phone to showcase the new BlackBerry 10 operating system. The BlackBerry Z10 has an 8-megapixel camera on the back with autofocus and LED flash capable of shooting 1080p video, while there's a 2-megapixel camera on the front that shoots video at 720p.
